Abstract

Surfactant, a variety of household or industrial detergents the main active component, accounting for about 30% detergent by weight of . With the domestic sewage and industrial wastewater discharges , water environment is more contaminated . Surfactant is a low toxicity or non-toxic chemicals , and therefore did not attract enough attention . In order to investigate the surfactant primary producers - Microcystis aeruginosa growth and photosynthesis of aquatic ecosystem , we choose three surfactants (LAS, AEO9, mixed surface active agents ) as the representative of a systematic study surfactants on growth and photosynthesis of Microcystis aeruginosa . The main conclusions are as follows : ( 1 ) chlorophyll fluorescence techniques can be a good measure of the physiological effects of environmental stress on plants and algae is to study algal photosynthesis good probe . Chlorophyll fluorescence parameters Y ', qP , IK, φPS Ⅱ rETR can accurately reflect the algae photosynthesis situation . (2) surfactant strong role in the growth and photosynthesis of Microcystis aeruginosa . Three types of surfactants used in this experiment , the promotion of the role of the size of the order AEO9> Mixed Surfactant > LAS, the optimal concentration were AEO9 20 mgL, mixed surfactant 10 mg / L , LAS 5 to 10 mg / L. (3) When the algae solution exists in the LAS, the mixed surfactant and AEO9 three kinds of different types of surface-active agent , and its corresponding growth effect kinetics fitting quadratic fitting curve is defined by a gradual transition into a first fitting . (4) three surfactants biodegradable order : AEO9 > mixed surface active agents > LAS . (5) Surface active agents rely on microbial degradation , and its structure is more stable and more difficult to degrade in the environment to eliminate . The molecular structure of natural organic matter in AEO9 close and strong surface tension properties , wetting properties and good performance biodegradable , environmentally friendly products recommended .
