Objective: Cost - effectiveness evaluation of three kinds of regimens in the treatment of HP infection-associated duodenal ulcer . Methods: This study integrated screening period from June 2009 to December 2010 in the Xinjiang Uygur Autonomous Region People's Hospital, Department of Gastroenterology, treatment of 150 patients , 14C- breath test confirmed by endoscopy and duodenal ulcer Hp infection . 150 patients were randomly divided into three groups A , B , C , 50 patients . In group A, enteric-coated tablets esomeprazole 40mg once daily ; B group pantoprazole tablets 40mg, twice daily ; C group were treated with lansoprazole tablets 15 mg twice a day ; three groups were plus amoxicillin 1.0g, twice daily , clarithromycin 0.5g , twice daily . The three groups were treated for one week, group A after 1 week continue taking 3 weeks esomeprazole enteric-coated tablets 40mg , once daily ; the B group continue to take three weeks pantoprazole tablets 40mg, twice a day ; group continue to take three weeks lansoprazole tablets 15mg, twice daily . During treatment is no longer taking other matter , after 4 weeks of withdrawal endoscopy and 14C- breath test , cost - effectiveness analysis . The results : A , B , C three groups total cost $ 2274.20,2175.8,1972.10 , Hp eradication rates were 94% , 90% , 84% , ulcer healing rates were 92% , 90% , 86% . A, B program in HP eradication phase for the incremental cost of the incremental cost of the C program - better than 30.21,33.95 , in ulcer healing - the effect 50.35,50.93 . Conclusion: lansoprazole, amoxicillin and clarithromycin (C group) option is more economical and reasonable .
