Abstract


Objective To investigate the unipolar electrograms in the aortic sinus origin of ventricular contractions ( PVCs ) ablation of the guiding value . Methods A retrospective analysis of the center line of CARTO guided radiofrequency ablation , intraoperative diagnosis of aortic sinus origin PVCs 9 patients , patients with ventricular premature occurs on surface 12-lead ECG , electrocardiogram unipolar and bipolar ablation Features inductive analysis . Results 9 patients ablation local activation time than the initial advance surface QRS complex 29 ± 4.6ms, 6 patients with unipolar electrograms showed typical \Conclusion For the aortic sinus origin of ventricular premature unipolar electrogram \
