Objective:To research the relationship of patients with nonvalvular atrial fibrilla-tion prothrombotic state with c-reactie protein,plasma B-type natriuretic peptide,D-dimers and P choose element by observered the level of nonvalvular atrial fibrillation c-reactie protein,plasma B-type natriuretic peptide,D-dimers,P choose epinephrine concentration,left atrium diameter and Left ventricular ejection fraction.Methods: The patients with nonvalvular atrial fibrillation is divided into two groups by the UC G or TEE examination results. AF thrombosis state group with Intra-atrial mist sam-ple sound shadows of left atrial has 43 cases. And AF control group which is atrial fi-brillation has 55 cases.Then c-reactie protein,plasma B-type natriuretic peptide,P ch-oose element,left atrium diameter and left ventricular ejection fraction of two groups were detected.Results:There was significant difference between AF thrombosis state group and AF control group of c-reactie protein,plasma B-type natriuretic peptide,D-dimers,P choose epinephrine c-oncentration and left atrium diameter.Logistic regret-ssion found c-reactive protein,P choose epinephrine concentration and left atrium di-ameter with nonvalvular atrial fibrillation thrombosis former state was inde- pendent related(P<0.05).But plasma B-type natriuretic peptide,D-dimers,left ventricular e-jection fraction with nonvalvular atrial fibrillation thrombosis former state no signi-ficant correlation.Conclusion:In patients with atrial fibrillation exist thrombosis for-mer state.C-reactie protein,P choose epinephrine concentration and left atrium dia-meter are valvular Af thrombosis former risk factors.Inflammation and P choose gr-ain participated intra-atrial thrombosis.
