Abstract


In this paper, the relationship between Mongolian and Tibetan Affairs during the Revolution has done a preliminary analysis. The full text by first chapter, second chapter, the third chapter and so on four parts is composed with the conclusion.The first chapter, takes the full text the historical perspective, introduced since the end of the Qing the Mongolia and Tibet have related related question. The British armed forces invade Lhasa and 13 th Dalai Lama leave Lhasa to go to Ku Lun; Reveres the Zheb Zun Danpa Hutukhtu’s relations in Ku Lun’s time 13 th Dalai Lama with eight the wise cloths; 13 th Dalai Lama’s bitter experience foreign Mongolia politics contents and so on influence.The second chapter, makes every effort to elaborate the 1911 Revolution time Mongolia and Tibet to relate systematically. The primary coverage is: At home when the Revolution broke out, Britain, Russia and other powers took the opportunity to interfere in the Mongolian and Tibetan regions to speed up the pace; Outer Mongolia and Tibet to strengthen the links between; Outer Mongolia and Tibet signed "agreement for Mongolian and Tibetan Affairs", and so on.The third chapter, mainly discussed "the Mongolian and Tibetan Agreement". Collects the related literature material and carries on the earnest analysis to it in the foundation, to "the Mongolian and Tibetan Agreement" concluding and sign time and agreement questions and so on content, proposed some new opinions or the explanation.The conclusion, The "kyakhta Conference", "Simla Conference" as the outcome of this period, the key historical events, described the purpose of the opening of the two meetings, and later through Mongolia and Tibet, respectively, to bring an important impact.
