Abstract


Objective: To understand the status of Hunan community nurses in community care knowledge and influencing factors, influencing factors to investigate community nurses to participate in job training and job training proposals and views, analysis of job training of community nurses' knowledge, attitude, for further development in the future Community nurse job training, lay the foundation for community nurses to improve the care skills. Methods: This study used their own before and after control training effect evaluation research methods. Object of study for 2009-2010 in Hunan Province to participate in job training of community nurses engaged and to be engaged in community care nurses from the four prefecture-level city of Zhuzhou, Yueyang, Changde and Loudi, a total of 238 people. Interventions for community nurses job training for a period of six weeks, a total of 280 hours, including the two parts of the theory of teaching and community practice. Community nurses in community care knowledge and attitudes were evaluated before and after intervention intervention survey recommendations and views of community nurses on the job training in the beginning of the course. All subjects were filling out the questionnaire under the unified guidance language. Questionnaire is access to a large number of documents on the basis of their own design, and evaluation by experts and pre-survey was revised, including general information, and knowledge of community care, community care attitude, suggestions and views on the job training for community nurses. The results using SPSS13.0 for data entry and statistical analysis. Statistical methods included: descriptive statistics, t-test, x2 test, analysis of variance, logistic regression analysis. Results: 1. Community nurses qualifications and titles is low, mainly to large, secondary education, accounting for 82.59%, undergraduate education, accounting for 17.41%, Master and above; 75.89% of community nurses junior titles The senior titles accounted for only 0.89%. Community nurses in community care knowledge a pass rate of 58.9%, one-way ANOVA results show titles, serving manner, whether working in the community to engage in community care work time and knowledge score difference was statistically significance (P lt; 0.05 ). Logistic regression analysis showed that, duties, whether working in the community, working hours engaged in community care knowledge score. The average score of the training community nurses community care knowledge to 59.20 13.18 to 73.51 ± 14.06 after training, the score difference was statistically significant (P = 0.000); training community nurses community care attitude average score was 23.75 ± 3.14, training was 25.80 ± 2.64, the score difference was statistically significant (P = 0.000). 4.98.7% of community nurses considered necessary or very necessary job training for community nurses, busy with work and unable to participate in community nurses to participate in training accounted for 70.5%, and 83% of community nurses expect the training of one month or three months whose work requires them to participate in the training accounted for 86.2%. Conclusion: The low academic qualifications and titles of the community nurses. Community nurses in community care level of knowledge to be further improved. The knowledge score major influencing factors for the positions, whether working in the community, engaged in community care work time. Job training can improve the level of knowledge and attitudes of community nurses in community care. 4 was a strong desire to participate in the training of community nurses, curiosity higher.
