Abstract


In the study, a range of home care measures were used to effectively nurse intervention on patients with coronary atherosclerotic heart disease in order to prevent and reduce the recurrence of coronary atherosclerotic heart disease (CHD)and improve quality of life whose have CHD. so as to discuss how effectively nurse intervention on patients with coronary atherosclerotic heart disease and the influence of compliance, quality of life and physiological indices.Method: 30 patients coronary atherosclerotic heart disease were randomly divided into study group and control group who were selected from the Siping People’s Hospital Department of Cardiology, then 60 patients with coronary artery disease were randomly divided into study group and control group, and 30 patients coronary atherosclerotic heart disease Implemented Home health nursing intervention including the development of family care plans, health lectures, to establish a good nurse-patient relationship, phone visits, home visits, to monitor the physiological indices. After the end of the study, the quality of life, physiological indices of the experimental group and control group of patients and the awareness level of health education aspects were analyzed.Results: The patients with coronary atherosclerotic heart disease as the study group whose awareness level of health education had increased, compliance was improved, all of the physiological indices were under control and quality of life improved after Home health nursing interventionConclusion: 1. Home health nursing intervention made the quality of life of the patients with coronary atherosclerotic heart disease improved; 2. Home health nursing intervention was to be effective implementation of the system; 3. Home health nursing intervention made all of the physiological indices to be under control; 4. The National health awareness was increased and to be fully aware of the importance of prevention more than treatment;5. Home health nursing intervention was to carry out other diseases Home health nursing intervention as the reference.
