Purpose:1.to explore the animal model-making and method on syndromes of deficiency of spleen-stomach and damp-heat of spleen -stomach.2.to explore different types on Energy MetabolismMaterial and method: Select 40 SD rats ,divide into 4 groups randomly .respectively damp-heat of spleen-stomach ,deficiency of spleen-stomach ,model group,normal group. Observe the change of weight、appetite、haircolor in rats when we made the mode .after 4 weeks,damp-heat of spleen-stomach (8), deficiency of spleen-stomach(9), model group (10), normal group(10). Then,we take gastric mucosa and skeletal muscle,through the Enzymatic method and Inorganic Phosphate in the Presence .detect all groups of ATPase,Compare the relationship between different groups. Take the gastric antrum and observe under light microscope, analysis the pathology results .Results:At the end of the therapy,compared with normal group, the ATP ase level of the damp-heat group is significantly lower(P<0.05).compared with normal group ,the ATPase level of deficiency of spleen-stomach group is significantly lower (P<0.05).compared with normal group,the ATPase level of model group is significantly lower(P<0.05).Pathological dyeing: normal group: epithelial cells of mucosa aligned , morphology in glands regulated, there are some Inflammatory cells in amina propria occasionally .model group:Vascular hyperemia exist in blood vessel of gastric mucosa ,morphology in glands still regulated, but there are a few inflammatory cells in amina propria . It shows the pathological changes in chronic gastric .damp-heat of spleen-stomach:Gastric mucosa fall off ,necrosis,coloboma, there are a lot of inflammatory cells in amina propria.deficiency of spleen-stomach group :Gastric mucosa fall off ,necrosis,coloboma, compared with damp-heat of spleen -stomach ,the quality of inflammatory cells in amina propria is lower.Conclusion:in four groups ,the level of ATP ase in damp-heat spleen-stomach is much higher ,it indicates energy metabolism hypercinesiaThe level of ATPase in deficiency of spleen-stomach group is much lower ,it indicates the synthesis of ATPase reduced .gastric antrum of pathological dyeing in light microscope shows:Inflammation degree in different groups ,damp-heat of spleen-stomach >deficiency of spleen-stomach >model group>normal group.
