Abstract


Government portal system refers to the Internet / Intranet environment , the various application systems , and data resources unified integrated , and according to each user's identity , different habits , a personalized application interface , through various class information integration organically linked , it is not limited to the establishment of a portal , more importantly, is able to achieve the integration of multi-service system to a variety of requirements to make quick accordingly , and the entire platform unified management. The purpose is to establish a government portal system in order to solve the \integration , providing a better man-machine interface . This paper first introduces the key technology in the process of building objectives and concrete realization of the Shanghai Municipal Party Committee Propaganda Department of the Government portal system . Paper to SharePoint Portal Server ( SPS) for the realization of the basic structure of the government portal system , the proposed Single Sign -On ( hereinafter referred to as SSO) technology and combine Web Part development process to achieve single sign . Meanwhile, also through the use of Web Part technology achieving content integration and build personalized user configuration function . The purpose and significance of this paper is that the successful realization of the actual government portal , proposed an establishment of integrated cross-platform and efficient government portal information systems solutions . The year since the system up and running , enhancing the sharing of information between departments , effectively promoting exchanges between departments , saving the cost of the work to improve the overall efficiency by a good evaluation .
