Objective: turnip paste FOLFOX4 treatment of colorectal cancer after chemotherapy is Spleen wet Sheng -type clinical observation, exploration turnip paste colorectal cancer chemotherapy in improving the role of adverse reactions , the initial assessment of turnip paste in colorectal cancer patients undergoing chemotherapy attenuated effect . Methods: 76 patients enrolled were randomly divided into two groups , the treatment group of 38 patients in the control group of 38 patients in the control group were treated with FOLFOX4 chemotherapy , the treatment group were taken on the basis of turnip paste, three times a day , each 60g, 14 days for a course , a course after the judge leukocytes and decreased incidence of hemoglobin values ??and decrease the incidence , the incidence of nausea and vomiting , changes in TCM clinical symptom score , Karnofsky score , immune parameters were measured , chemotherapy completion rate . Results: The treatment group and control group before and after treatment were decreased leukocyte count (P lt; 0.05), leukopenia treatment group compared with the control group, the incidence is low, and was statistically significant (P lt; 0.05); decreased hemoglobin occurred two groups of patients rate and extent of decline was no significant difference (P gt; 0.05); after treatment, TCM clinical symptom scores were increased , a significant difference (P lt; 0.05); after treatment, Karnofsky score decreased, there are significant differences (P lt; 0.05); detecting immune parameters are better than two observation group, the difference was statistically significant (P lt; 0.05); groups completion of chemotherapy rate greater than 85% , the difference was not statistically significant ( P gt; 0.05). Conclusions : 1. Turnip cream can improve colorectal cancer patients after chemotherapy FOLFOX4 immune parameters , making CD4, CD4/CD8, NK rise , lower CD8: lower in patients with advanced colorectal cancer after chemotherapy leukopenia incidence ; KPS score can improve chemotherapy patients . 2 turnips cream can improve patients after chemotherapy , \
