Abstract


The rapid economic development makes China market has become the world's economic activity in the territory of a unique attraction . The retail trade as China joined the WTO 's first completely open to foreign investment in the industry , it also attracts practitioners and scholars of great concern. To unravel this huge retail shrouded in a veil on the market , showing the true face of the industry to predict future trends , the paper retail enterprises, especially fast moving consumer goods retail enterprises to explore in depth , to analyze the external environment , established under the corporate behavior and the resulting decision of corporate performance ; and further predict changes in the external environment under the retail enterprise's strategic vision . Innovation of this paper is that : the corporate behavior in specific environmental impact analysis of the company's performance on a specific external environment and corporate behavior under analysis , emphasizing the internal and external factors that impact on business performance . In addition, this paper analyzes the structure of the classical SCP support structure as a text , and retail enterprises in the analysis of the external environment , the use of a PEST analysis method , considering the political, economic, social and technical aspects of the industry factors. In analyzing the behavior of retail enterprises , the use of corporate behavior is similar subdivision latitude , this paper, the retail enterprises classified into foreign and domestic retail business categories were analyzed. Finally , this paper analyzes the external environment and the established business practices , the company's performance, and industry conditions .
