Abstract


The construction industry is one of the dominant industries in the country, is of great significance to the sustained, rapid and healthy development of the national economy. With the specialization and the development of global economic integration, the construction industry, more and more fierce competition, especially after China's accession to the WTO, some large international contractors have been pouring into the Chinese construction market, the domestic construction enterprises are facing huge pressure. Maintain how to survive in such a competitive environment and to grow and develop, and became the focus of building enterprise managers. The current prevalence of domestic construction enterprises with unclear property rights management system is imperfect, single operating structure, inside and outside the enterprise uncoordinated credibility of the poor state of a series of questions. And construction enterprises under the new situation in the face of these problems, you should adopt a new management ideas and methods of coordination and management, this paper attempts to establish a coordinated management mechanism in order to enhance the comprehensive strength of the construction enterprises inside and outside the enterprise to achieve coordinated to achieve sustainable development. This paper first analyzes the internal and external environment of the coordination and management of construction enterprises, analyzes the status quo of China's construction market and construction enterprises, and pointed out the need to establish building enterprise coordination and management mechanism and the factors to be considered. Secondly, from a theoretical basis and foundation, coordinate and manage the overall framework and logic model, the structural model of the coordination mechanism and its relationship, a theoretical analysis of construction enterprise coordination and management mechanism. Finally, the the building internal coordination and management mechanism and external environment coordination management mechanism. In building internal coordination and management mechanism, focuses on four important coordination and management mechanism: the decision-making mechanism, the communication mechanism, incentive and restraint mechanisms, and information mechanisms are carried out in-depth study of each mechanism. In the building outside the enterprise environment, coordination and management mechanism, mainly from the choice of the project partners, the cooperation agreement, the trust mechanism, reputation and social supervision mechanism to be designed and explore. Through a systematic exposition of the construction enterprises coordinate the management and coordination of management mechanism, the external environment from construction enterprises start construction enterprises to establish a set of scientific coordination and management mechanism, in order to continuously improve the level of coordination and management of the construction enterprise coordination and management activities orderly and efficient conduct so as to achieve the internal and external corporate coordinated to achieve corporate and social common sustained and healthy development.
