Abstract


Building a new socialist countryside need to rely on scientific and technological progress , not only because of technological progress in China's rural society has an important position , and more importantly, scientific and technological progress and social development of rural economy is becoming a major driving force. Nevertheless, we should also see a new socialist countryside construction on China's scientific and technological progress of a higher , more comprehensive requirements , technological progress and technological progress , especially in rural service new rural construction has yet to be promoted. In this case , relying on scientific and technological progress to promote the building of a new socialist countryside is worth our consideration .
