Abstract


Regional industrial division of labor and the regional economic integration is the development trend of the global economy. The division of labor in the form of industrial clusters, the division of the network, the industrial chain division and outsourcing industry has become an important part of the regional economic development. The practice shows that the rational division of labor and collaboration network is to promote the foundation and driving force of economic development within the region. Regional economy can be updated in the organization of the factors of production and innovation and by nature, and promote regional industrial structure constantly optimized and reasonable industrial layout, in order to achieve the cities in the region complementary to avoid unnecessary duplication of construction in the region and the resources waste, the formation of the greatest social, economic and ecological benefits and intensive use of resources. However, for a long time, the existence of \This has resulted in the convergence of regional industrial structure, has seriously hampered the efficiency of regional economic and efficient allocation of resources. These issues as a major obstacle to achieve sound and rapid development of China's economic, government and academia. Reveal the internal mechanism of the regional industrial division, and then seek a reasonable way to resolve the division of regional industrial and countermeasures, and has a strong theoretical and practical significance. Zhejiang region Ages, integrated use of theoretical and empirical analysis, combined with regional industrial division of labor related theories reveal the internal mechanism of the regional industrial division of labor. This paper summarizes the regional industrial division of labor theory and the impact of regional industrial division of labor elements system and calculate the Zhejiang region of location quotient and the Krugman Specialization coefficient, and model analysis method, empirical status of the industrial division of the Zhejiang region research. On the basis of the above theoretical and empirical analysis, we believe that the mechanism of regional industrial division by endogenous comparative advantage deepen mechanism, transaction cost constraint mechanism, to follow the lead industry diffusion mechanism, infrastructure expansion mechanism and government policies five guide mechanism mechanism together. Specifically reflect the five mechanisms of evolution, affecting the flow of the regional capital, technology, products, and labor and other factors of production, thereby promoting dynamic adjustment of the regional division of labor. Which endogenous comparative advantages of regional industrial division of labor affect the key elements in the system, determine the regional industrial division endogenous and dynamic characteristics; transaction costs determine the boundary of the division of work network, expansion of the regional division of labor space major constraint elements. Finally, this paper presents the following policy recommendations: Zhejiang region should be based on their factor endowments and industry development, clearly leading industry development in line with its own endogenous comparative advantage industries and accelerate the technological upgrading of the dominant industries and supporting industries to support increased industry rooted, economies of scale, and enhance the core competitiveness of the regional industry. In the same time, the Zhejiang region should rely on the existing advantages of industrial clusters, to strengthen economic ties and policy, infrastructure coordination with surrounding counties (cities), the regional division of labor through the integration of regional resources and guide the rational flow of factors of production, optimize the industrial division of labor, dislocation competition.
