Abstract


Objective: To explore Chinese medicine -based treatment of ischemic stroke unit mode the advantages and characteristics of stroke patients . Methods: Inclusion criteria will be selected in accordance with the 60 patients , according to randomization methods, divided into experimental group of 30 people and the control group of 30 people, for the experimental group were based rehabilitation in Western Medicine to be based on comprehensive rehabilitation therapy, the control group Western medicine only be based rehabilitation, the patient into the group and 1 month after treatment , follow-up after 3 months , respectively rehabilitation assessment , including assessment of the U.S. National Institutes of Health stroke Scale (NIHSS), modified Barthel Index (Barthel index) rating scale , functional Independence Measure (FIM) scale , while recording the patient's general condition . Results: ( 1 ) general condition of patients : trial enrolled between the patient and control groups in terms of gender , age composition was not statistically significant (P gt; 0.05), shows that the experimental group and the control group , can exclude non-therapeutic factors that can be considered comparable between the two groups . ( 2 ) Treatment Results: TCM rehabilitation treatment in the test group and the control group of patients with neurological motor function score (NIHSS), activities of daily living score (BI), Functional Independence Measure score (FIM) scores were significantly improvements were significant statistically significant, its P lt; 0.05; experimental group between the two groups compared with the control group , the experimental group patients NIHSS value , BI value of the degree of improvement and FIM scores than the control group significantly , both significant statistical significance , and its P lt; 0.05; conclusions : ( 1 ) Chinese medicine -based rehabilitation stroke unit model can significantly improve the recovery of patients with ischemic stroke neurological motor function and daily living skills. ( 2 ) Chinese medicine -based rehabilitation stroke unit model of ischemic stroke recovery rehabilitation of patients with treatment is better than simply to Western based rehabilitation treatment program.
