Abstract


Objective : To explore the Northwest Dryness Syndrome and chronic gastritis relationship starting from the Northwest Dryness Syndrome Prevention Xinjiang region to provide evidence of chronic gastritis . Methods: A case-control study of modern epidemiological methods to survey as the main form , according to the theory of traditional Chinese medicine syndrome pathogenesis and comprehensive analysis of the performance . Data analysis and statistical process using Excel and SPSS17.0 statistical software . Results: ( 1 ) Compared with the rest of the country , the Xinjiang region of chronic gastritis symptoms and syndrome type has its own characteristics ; ( 2 ) the case group of Northwest Dryness Syndrome attack rate was 37.86% in the control group prevalence of Northwest Dryness Syndrome 14.29% , a statistically significant difference (P lt; 0.01); (3) in case group and the control group of Northwest Dryness Syndrome integrals , lung health orifices skin dryness , liver blood deficiency cards, heart and kidney certificate, Yun stomach Yin deficiency and stomach dampness syndrome compared , the differences were statistically significant (P lt; 0.05); (4) the case group dryness dryness syndrome group and non- group symptom score compared Fan Wei qi , spleen and stomach cold, damp heat resistance , stomach yin deficiency, cold diet Shang Wei Fan Wei and certificates , the difference was statistically significant (P lt; 0.05); (5) with a total deficiency prevalence , the dryness syndrome cases and non- dry case group , the control group and non- dryness dry control group, there were significant differences (P lt; 0.05); total deficiency points compared to dryness dry cases and non- case group , dryness syndrome cases and dry permit the control group , dryness case group and control group, non- dry , non- dry case group and control group, non- dry , dryness dry control group and the non- control group, the difference was statistically significant (P lt; 0.05). Conclusion : Due to the impact of Northwest Dryness Syndrome , chronic gastritis Xinjiang Unlike other parts of the country , has its own characteristics ; chronic gastritis patients with evidence of Northwest Dryness Syndrome prevalence and scores were higher than normal intelligence ; chronic gastritis patients Northwest Dryness Syndrome those who suffer from the disease than non- oriented. Is a gross deficiency , chronic gastritis combined with Northwest Dryness Syndrome gas , blood, yin , yang deficiency of prevalence were higher than those suffering from dryness , and the disease is also more non- Dryness Syndrome are more serious .
