Abstract


Objective: To investigate Urumqi syndromes osteonecrosis distribution ; provide for the treatment of osteonecrosis of scientific reason and law , parties, drugs basis. Methods: From Urumqi city, district collaborating hospital outpatient and inpatient meet collected 358 cases of femoral head necrosis in patients , the use of osteonecrosis questionnaire data collection , data frequency distribution using univariate analysis , χ2 test. Results: ( 1 ) blood stasis type , liver and kidney deficiency type frequency were 64 %, 28 %, and the meridians Blockage phlegm network type and frequency of occurrence of each type of 4% , stagnation and frequency of liver and kidney deficiency syndromes significant difference between (P lt; 0.05); (2) meridian Blockage -and phlegm network type is no difference between the frequency of occurrence ; different ages and gender was significant between difference (P lt; 0.05); (3) the distribution between the different syndromes with sex, age groups were statistically significant (P lt; 0.05); (4) comparisons between different syndromes , in addition to ethnic difference was not statistically significant , the remaining duration of disease, incentive distribution , occupation , respectively , the difference was statistically significant (P lt; 0.05). Conclusion: Urumqi osteonecrosis common syndrome is stagnation , liver and kidney deficiency syndrome multiple witness , witness waiting is less meridians Blockage -and phlegm network type .
