Abstract

Objective: To observe the traditional Chinese medicine and acupuncture reduce gas and stomach tongfu of law rule is to improve gastrointestinal function and immune function of patients with colorectal cancer patients. Methods: 105 patients with colorectal cancer after radical surgery random number table, were randomly divided into a control group, the Medicines and acupuncture group, 35 cases in each control group was given after conventional treatment; Chinese medicine group was given after conventional treatment and postoperative one day feeding tube push has lower gas tongfu efficacy of Simotang oral solution 20 m1, 3 times a day for 10 days; acupuncture group was given after conventional treatment and after one day select a lower gas and stomach through organs role Zusanli, Shangjuxu under Shangjuxu, Yinlingquan Sanyinjiao acupoint acupuncture treatment, day 1, 10 days of treatment. Results: 1) The three groups of patients with postoperative intestinal function recovery of comparison, the difference was statistically significant (F = 18.98, P lt; 0.05), acupuncture group and Chinese medicine group, the control group, the difference was statistically significance (P lt; 0.05, P lt; 0.01), traditional Chinese medicine and control groups showed no significant difference (t = 0.429, P gt; 0.05). 2) clinical symptoms of fullness symptom score score three groups, the difference was statistically significant (F = 31.78, P = 0.00 lt; 0.05), pairwise comparisons, the acupuncture group and Chinese medicine group, the difference was statistically significant (t = 4.11, P = 0.00 lt; 0.05), comparing acupuncture group and the control group, the difference was statistically significant (t = 3.40, P = 0.00 lt; 0.05) TCM group and the control group, the difference was not statistically significant (t = 0.63, P = 0.26 gt; 0.05). 3) three-group efficacy results compare the difference was statistically significant (χ 2 = 13.281, P = 0.001 lt; 0.05), pairwise comparisons, the acupuncture group and Chinese medicine group, the difference was statistically significant (χ 2 = 6.535, P = 0.011 lt; 0.017), comparing acupuncture group and the control group, the difference was statistically significant (χ2 = 12.347, P = 0.00 lt; 0.017) TCM group and the control group, the difference was not statistically significant (χ 2 = 1.015, P = 0.314 gt; 0.017). 4) acupuncture group in reducing postoperative peripheral blood leukocyte count, elevated lymphocyte count and reduce neutrophil count is superior to traditional Chinese medicine group, the control group, the difference was statistically significant (P lt; 0.05, P lt; 0.01) ; Percentage distribution within the normal range of peripheral blood lymphocytes and neutrophils in the acupuncture group after 10 days compared with the traditional Chinese medicine group, the control group, the difference was statistically significant (P lt; 0.05); three groups of subjects before surgery postoperative lymphocyte repeated measurement data of three groups comparison, the difference was statistically significant (F time = 332.25, P = 0.000 lt; 0.05; the F * Packet = 2.75, P = 0.006 lt; 0.05; the F packet = 6.385, P = 0.002 lt; 0.05). 5) acupuncture group after 10 days to improve T cell subsets and NK cells change is better than the traditional Chinese medicine group and the control group (FCD3 = 31.25 FCD4 = 7.42, FCD4/cd8 = 5.64, NK nonparametric χ2 = 10.39, are P lt; 0.05), the acupuncture group therapy before and after T cell subsets and NK cells change in comparison, and the difference was statistically significant (P lt; 0.05). 6) three sets of quality of life in patients with KPS score comparison, the difference was statistically significant (F = 13.33, P = 0.00 lt; 0.05), acupuncture group was superior to the traditional Chinese medicine group and the control group (P lt; 0.05, P lt; 0.01). 7) colorectal cancer patients for the first time exhaust the time postoperative peripheral blood the first 10d leukocytes between correlation coefficient r = 0.395, both correlation (P lt; 0.05), lymphocytes between r = - 0.29, indicating that both correlation (P lt; 0.05), between neutrophil cells r 0.35, both related to sex (P lt; 0.05); the postoperative first time exhaust time and postoperative Section 10d of CD3 r = -0.302 both correlation (P lt; 0.05), and CD4 between r = -0.245, both correlation (P lt; 0.05), and CD8 ' between r = 0.109, indicating no correlation between the two sex (P gt; 0.05), NK between r 0.-354, both related to sex (P lt; 0.05). Conclusion: the lower gas and stomach tongfu of principle to develop the the Chinese medicine Simotang oral solution and acupuncture on gastrointestinal function recovery in patients with colorectal cancer patients, improving clinical symptoms with good efficacy significantly to the efficacy of acupuncture, acupuncture can be bi-directional regulation peripheral blood lymphocytes and neutrophils, to improve postoperative immune function, improve the quality of life of patients with colorectal cancer patients. Postoperative gastrointestinal function recovery of peripheral blood inflammatory response and immune function.
