Abstract


Objective:To evaluate the clinical efficiency of using TianyaXiangDan combined with rehabilitation in Chronic Heart Failure (CHF) Method:65 Patients of CHF were randomly divided into treatment group (n=34) and control group (n=31).Control group given regular treatment, while the treatment group were added the Chinese medicine(Huoxuelishui) with regular treatment.Two weeks was a period of treatment and two period of treatments were observed the effect. Results:(1)After a 1-month treatment.6min walk test, LVEF, Quality Of Life score, The scores in terms of TCM and Lee has statistical significance (P<0.05), but the treatment group and control group before and after treatment of Nt-pro brain natriuretic peptide (Nt-proBNP) was no significant difference by statistical significance (P>0.05); (2)Before and after treatment comparison the Left Ventricular Ejection Fraction and Nt-proBNP in the two groups, there was no difference significant (P>0.05), but the Margin before and after treatment by two groups at 6min walking test, Quality Of Life score,Scores in terms of TCM and Lee, ther are statistical significance (P<0.05). Conclusion:The application of Huoxuelishui Treatment of Chronic Heart Failure patients can improve clinical symptoms, improve patients with chronic heart failure’s quality of life, and can improve the rehabilitation process.
