Treating 6 days every week, and recessing 1 days.3 weeks were a course of treatment and observing a course of treatment. The clinic symptoms of two groups was evaluated by“lower back pain assessment standard”(JOA evaluation sheet). The standard of the curative effect was evaluated by“diagnostic efficacy standards for diseases in Traditional Chinese Medicine”of State Administration of Traditional Chinese Medicine. Results: There were the significant difference between the treatment group and the control group on the total effective rate and the clinical healing rate(P<0.05).Conclusion: To treat the LIDP by the the method of needling by differentiation of meridian syndromes have the significant clinical effect, better than adopting the common methods, and can obtain the better purpose of the clinical cure.
