Objective:To study the relation between the obstructive sleep apnea syndrome(OSAS) and the risk factors of ischemic strock.Methods:We selected 30 Healthy Subjects to be the control group,30 patients diagnosed as OSAS but no acute ischemic cerebrovascular diseases,and 30 patients diagnosed as acute ischemic cerebrovascular diseases(all participants had no cardiac-cerebral vascular diseases in the past).We detected the fibrinogen(Fbgg),homocysteine(Hcy),blood glucose,triglyceride and low density lipoprotein,and compared with each other.Results:1.compared the control group with the ICVD group:Compared to the control group,the fibrinogen,homocysteine,blood glucose,triglyceride and low density lipoprotein of the ICVD group increased,and there were significantly statistic difference(P＜0.05).2.compared the control group with the OSAS group:Compared to the control group,the fibrinogen,homocysteine,blood glucose,triglyceride and low density lipoprotein of the OSAS group increased,and there were obviously statistic difference(P＜0.05).3.compared the ICVD group with the OSAS group:Compared to the OSAS group,there were no significantly statistic difference in the fibrinogen,homocysteine,blood glucose,triglyceride and low density lipoprotein of the ICVD group.Conclusion:1.the fibrinogen,homocysteine,blood glucose,triglyceride and low density lipoprotein were the risk factors of ischemic strock.2.there were significantly difference between the OSAS patients and the healthy people in the risk factors:the fibrinogen,homocysteine,blood glucose,triglyceride and low density lipoprotein.3.there were no significantly difference between the OSAS patients and the ICVD patients in the risk factors:the fibrinogen,homocysteine,blood glucose,triglyceride and low density lipoprotein.4.the OSAS patients were the high risk population of acute ischemic cerebrovascular diseases.
