Objective:Through the observation acupuncture plus herbal treatment facial nerves palsies for clinical efficacy, provide effective treatment methods.Methods:Clinical 90 patients with met inclusion criteria of peripheral facial paralysis patients were randomly divided into two groups for clinical observations; The first group (30 cases) give acupuncture add herbal treatment, the second group (30 cases) give acupuncture therapy, the third group (30 cases) give herbal treatment.Results:According to medical statistics processing, two groups of disease pathogenesis gender, age, duration, classification, sick light there are no significant seere (P > 0.05) significance are comparable. The treatment results found that the total effective rate in treatment group needle for 96.67%, acupuncture group total effectiveness is intellectual, Chinese traditional medicine group total effectiveness is 83.33% respectively, using SPSS. Vl1.0 statistical software and analysis (P < 0.05), and three groups of patients that comparative, the needle medicine clinical curative effect of traditional Chinese medicine and acupuncture group of better.Conclushion:1. Needle medicine with combined therapy of facial nerves palsies curative effect is distinct2. Needle medicine combining better therapeutic treatment of facial nerves palsies used alone acupuncture, herbal treatment
