Objective: To observe Xinyi Capsule treatment of angina pectoris ( QDBS ) The efficacy and safety , and to further study its features. Methods: A randomized, double-blind , controlled approach to 60 cases of angina pectoris ( QDBS ) patients for the study, 30 patients were randomly divided into experimental and control group of 30 patients , the test group was given Xinyi capsules ; control group taking Xinyi capsules simulant ( placebo ) for 4 weeks . Xinyi capsule on angina pectoris was observed ( QDBS ) patients angina , nitroglycerin stopped by rate , ECG ischemia , TCM changes, and safety indicators , including: blood, urine, stool routine , liver function (ALT, AST), renal function (BUN, Cr), coagulation parameters (PT, APTT, TT, FIB) effects , and to observe the testing process without adverse reactions, adverse events . Statistical Methods SPSS17.0 statistical software for data analysis, count data were compared using the X2 test , measurement data using t test. Results : 1. Efficacy evaluation of efficacy in angina symptoms , the test group was 86.67% , the control group was 53.33% , the test group than the control group (P lt; 0.05); in the ECG , the test group was 56.67 % in the control group was 16.67% , the test group than the control group (P lt; 0.05); efficacy trials in Chinese medicine symptom group was 86.67% , the control group was 50% , the test group than the the control group (P lt; 0.05); reduction in the rate of nitroglycerin stopped , stopped by the test group was 88.24% , 45.45% in the control group , the experimental group than the control group (P lt; 0.05). (2) the process of safety evaluation tests found no adverse reactions, Xinyi capsules with good security. Conclusions : 1. Xinyi capsules can relieve angina pectoris ( QDBS ) in patients with angina symptoms and syndromes ; 2 . Xinyi capsule can effectively improve angina pectoris ( QDBS ) myocardial ischemia in patients with ECG blood situation ; 3 . Xinyi capsules can reduce coronary heart disease ( QDBS ) in patients with nitroglycerin usage ; 4 . Xinyi capsule treatment of angina pectoris have better security.
