Purpose:Diabetic nephropathy DN is the most serious complications of diabetes microvascular disease is one of the first cause of death; and irreversible condition, often until the end stage of sexual development of renal insufficiency, serious impact on the prognosis and survival, thus delay the progression has important clinical significance, the use of Tang jian ning decoction of Chinese medicine treatment of diabetic nephropathy (DN) has made some progress, can delay and reduce the incidence of diabetic nephropathy and delay kidney damage, improve the survival rate of diabetic nephropathy and improve their quality of life .Material and method:Select January 2010 -2011 in March endocrinology ward in our hospital inpatients were randomly chosen for inclusion criteria, 60 patients were randomly divided into two groups of 30 cases and the control group of 30 patients.
