Abstract


Objective:To observe the clinical effect of Tong Luo Decoction on the disease of coronary heart disease (CHD) agina and to probe its mechanism of action . Methods: 50 patients of CHD with stable tired agina of gradeⅠ～Ⅲwere chosen ,and divided randomly into experiment group(n=26) and control group(n=24).The experiment group was treated with Tong Luo Decoction,while the control group was treated with Fu fang dan shen Capsule.Four weeks later ,we observed the effect on the patients.Result: Respectively, the totle effective rate of the experiment group is 73.1% and the control group is 70.8 %;the effects are mostly the same(P>0.05); the totle effective rate of the symptoms on traditional Chinese medicine is96.2% ,83.3 %;ECG total effective rate is 46.15 % ,41.67%;the effects of the two groups are mostly the same(P>0.05).Conclusion:It is pointed that Tong Luo Decoction is effective and safe for the patients with CHD.It has huoxuequyu and tongluo analgesic efficacy. It can relief the clinical symptoms effectually, improve the ECG ,reduce the ammount of nitroglycerlin.Its mecnism of action may be related to its effect on reducing myocardial oxygen consumption,improving the myocardial ischemia,and reducing atherosclerosis risk.It is prompted that the method of huoxuequyu and tongluo analgesic is the one of commonly used effective treatments that can be used to cure angina pectoris in patients with xinxueyuzu.
