Objective: With ankylosing spondylitis (Ankylosing Spondylitis, AS) as the experimental heat and humid stasis resistance in patients for test object, as a control drug sulfasalazine, the use of health measurement scale SF-36 (Chinese version), and using ASAS20, BASDAI50 standards developed by international ASAS working group and traditional Chinese medicine symptoms of a comprehensive and objective evaluation of efficacy of the standard Qingretongdu soup on active ankylosing spondylitis inflammation in patients after treatment on quality of life. Methods:60 patients were randomly divided into 2 groups, respectively, useing the traditional Chinese medicine to experiment the group and the western medicine control group separately. The observation period is 24 weeks,during which the use of health measurement scale SF-36 (Chinese version), and using ASAS20, BASDAI50 standards developed by international ASAS working group and the efficacy of traditional Chinese medicine symptom criteria for the clinical symptoms and improvement of symptoms and make evaluations and a comprehensive and objective evaluation of Heat through Governor Tom right before and after treatment with active AS patients with the quality of life impact. Results: In the experimental group 30 examples achieved ASAS20 and the BASDAI50 standard 27 examples, effectiveness is 90.00%; In the control group 30 examples achieved ASAS20 and the BASDAI50 standard 16 examples, effectiveness is 53.33%. Two group of effectiveness comparisons have statistics significance(P﹤0.05), experimental group effectiveness surpasses the control group.Chinese medicine symptoms of comparison, the experimental group 30 examples will show results 6 examples, the effective 21 examples, the invalid 3 examples, the total effectiveness 90.00%, In the control group 30 examples will show results 1 examples, theeffective 16 examples, the invalid 13 examples, the total effectiveness 56.67%. Two groupf total effectiveness comparisons have statistics significance ( P﹤0.05 ) , experimental group effectiveness surpasses the control group.Conclusion: Qingretongdu soup have improved greatly in chinese medicine practitioners, the sickness basdai, basfi, esr and crp areas on hot and humid stasis resistance type of AS patients, especially in improving the physical, physiological mechanism functions and general health, strength and social functions, feelings, functions and mental health, physical pain dimension has obvious advantages.This study tried a more objective study of the clinical efficacy of traditional Chinese medicine prescriptions evaluation method, Including the quality of life, including the establishment of the efficacy of multi-dimensional evaluation system, to provide Chinese medicine for the disease and quality of life impact of sub-healthy state of the evidence with a view to reflect the RA of the prevention and treatment of Chinese medicine has a real performance, and efficacy of Chinese medicine for the establishment of RA evaluation system to provide theoretical basis.
