Objective: To observe the Shen Fu Tang is together Youguiyin clinical efficacy and safety of treatment of stable angina (heart deficiency syndrome ) . Methods: from January 2010 to February 2011 Zibo City Chinese Medicine Hospital of Cardiology, outpatient and inpatient treatment of 60 patients with stable angina (heart deficiency syndrome ) patients , using the principles of randomized controlled divided into two groups , namely treatment group and control group . The treatment group received basic treatment and traditional Chinese medicine Shenfu the soup together Youguiyin , western medicine control group was given basic treatment , the treatment lasted two weeks , observation and treatment before and after the symptoms of angina , TCM symptoms , ECG changes , and nitroglycerin less stop rate of adverse reactions situation. Results: The total effective rate in the treatment group was 90% , 83.33% in the control group , no significant difference between the two groups ( P gt ; 0.05 ) ; significantly the efficiency of the treatment group was 76.67% , 56.67% in the control group between the two groups no significant difference ( P gt ; 0.05 ) ; Chinese medicine symptom efficacy total effective rate in the treatment group and the control group was 96.67% and 56.67% respectively, there were statistically significant differences ( P lt ; 0.01 ) ; efficacy of TCM symptoms markedly effective in the treatment of group was 70 % , 30% in the control group respectively, there were statistically significant differences ( P lt ; 0.01 ) ; ECG changes the total effective rate in the treatment group was 60% , the control group was 56.67% , between the two groups was not statistically difference ( P gt ; 0.05 ) ; nitroglycerin less stop of the treatment group was 80 % , 76.67 % in the control group , no significant difference between the two groups ( P gt ; 0.05 ) ; adverse reaction case the treatment group was 3.33% , the control group was 20% , a statistically significant difference between the two groups ( P lt ; 0.05 ) . Three conventional treatment group and control group , liver and kidney function , and other - like medical items were not there before and after treatment with the treatment of drug-related abnormal changes . Conclusion: Shenfu the Tang and Youguiyin is valid prescription for the treatment of stable angina pectoris (heart deficiency syndrome ) .
