Objective:This study tries to use Shen Qi Zheng Yan Yin as primary cure and cooperate with based treatment (muscle inject VitB classes + acupuncture therapy )to compare with based treatment group, observes the evaluation of Bell’s Palsy by Shen Qi Zheng Yan decoction, aiming to the therapeutic effect of treatment of integrated traditional Chinese and western medicine the mechanism of action of Bell paralysis, thus seek to new ideas、an effective agent on treating Bell’s Palsy and underlie the more strict for later multicenter randomized controlled study trials.Methods:Clinical research 55 patients with Bell’s palsy patients were divided into Shen Qi Zheng Yan decoction treatment group and control group randomly, both groups cure 28 days. Then we observes before and after treatment two groups - House-Brackmann (H - B) hierarchical, Facial nerve function evaluation table etc, indexes to change.Results:By statistical analysis, the treatment group total effectiveness is 96.4% while the comparison groups 88.9%, the total effective rate between two groups was significant difference (P < 0.05). The treatment group in H - B grading, facial nerve function evaluation indices such as the improvement of table are superior to that of the control group (P < 0.05).Conclusion:Combined therapy of Chinese and western that based on Shen Qi Zheng Yan Yin mainly did have certern advantages of patients on improving facial nerve functional. The Shen Qi Zheng Yan Yin is anti-inflammatory, it can also improve microcirculation and enhance immunity by JianpiYiqiFuzheng,QuxieHuoxueTongluo etc.So it not only can enhance curative effect, shorten the duration of symptoms, improve the quality of life of the patients, but also can decreased side-effects, improve prognosis.In brief, the treatment of integrated traditional Chinese and western medicine is the preferred therapies.
