This topic attempts to ventricular contraction found clinically effective treatment and side effects of the drug, further highlight the characteristics of Chinese medicine . Objective: This project demonstrated premature ventricular contractions in pathogenesis and nourishing Qi conquer method based on the observation of five parameters of premature ventricular contractions Erlian particle effects and treatment of patients on QT dispersion , sinus heart rate turbulence , heart rate variability and its possible mechanism . Methods: A randomized , double-blind , parallel-controlled France 1:1 randomized controlled study with metoprolol , patients completed the treatment group, 40 patients in the control group of 40 patients , a course of four weeks . RESULTS: There were premature ventricular contractions and TCM syndromes , the treatment group was higher (P <0.01). After treatment, the heart rate variability (HRV), sinus heart rate turbulence (HRT) and QT dispersion (QTd) had some improvement ; between the two groups QTd, SDNN, SDANN, SDNN Index, PNN50 change value significantly compared sex (P <0.05, P <0.01), the treatment group was higher . The initial shock between the two groups (TO), turbulence slope (TS) changes in the value of the difference was statistically significant (P <0.01), the treatment group than the control group . Before and after treatment to monitor liver and kidney function , blood, showed no significant difference . Conclusion: five parameters Erlian Granules on ventricular premature beats and syndromes have significant effects on cardiac autonomic function activity has obvious improvement.
