Objective:Under the guidance of the Chinese medicine physique theory, investigate Chinese medicine physique of myopic patients and healthy people, preliminary discuss physical characteristics of Chinese medicine of myopic patients, in order to help us in clinical prevention and treatment of myopia.Method:942 cases of myopic patients and 179 cases of healthy people are registered to observation, investigate their physical characteristics according to the“Chinese medicine physique classification and decision table”, divide the cases into normal quality, quality of deficiency of qi, quality of deficiency of yang, quality of deficiency of yin, wet quality of phlegm, damp and hot quality, quality of stagnant of qi, quality of stasis of blood and special quality according to the Chinese medicine physique theory . Analyse the physical characteristics of myopic patients through statistical analysis.Result:1.Myopia most often in patients with quality of deficiency of yang,but there is no significant difference in the constituent ratio of Chinese medicine physique between normal group and myopic group, and the incidence of myopia among different type of Chinese medicine physique. 2.There is differences in the constituent ratio of quality of stasis of blood among different degrees of myopia,there is no difference in other types of Chinese medicine physique. 3.There is differences in the constituent ratio of normal quality among different age of myopia, myopic patients with normal quality fall ill later than other types of Chinese medicine physique.Conclusion:1.Degree of myopia and Chinese medicine physique have a certain relevance, the constituent ratio of quality of stasis of blood in high degree of myopia ia higher than in low and middle degree of myopia. 2.Age of myopia and Chinese medicine physique have a certain relevance, people with normal quality fall into myopia later than other types of Chinese medicine physique.
