Abstract


Objective : To observe the emotional distress associated with peptic ulcer disease , with the liver and stomach therapy, explore Liver dispersion in the pathogenesis and treatment of peptic ulcer in rats. Methods: The clinical selection of peptic ulcer patients met the inclusion criteria , 60 patients were randomly divided into two groups , the treatment group ( 30 cases ) given omeprazole enteric-coated tablets , Jianweiyuyang tablets, Shugan tablets . The control group ( 30 cases ) given omeprazole enteric-coated tablets , Jianweiyuyang film. The two groups are four weeks as a course of clinical efficacy . Results : The treatment group TCM syndromes , endoscopy efficacy than the control group (P lt; 0.05 or P lt; 0.01). Prompt treatment could significantly improve epigastric pain , chest fullness, belching and acid regurgitation , loss of appetite and other symptoms of eating less , and its efficacy is superior to the control group (P lt; 0.05 or P lt; 0.01). Two adverse reactions did not occur during treatment . Conclusion: Liver dispersion for the treatment of peptic ulcer has far-reaching implications , plus liver and stomach medication is an effective method of treatment of peptic ulcer .
