Objective: To observe acupuncture plus Deanxit treatment of functional constipation ( TCM for liver Qi stagnation ) clinical efficacy and preliminary clinical studies from both theoretical and explore its mechanism . Methods: 60 patients met the inclusion criteria patients were randomly divided into two groups completely randomized design , treatment group, 30 patients were given acupuncture Deanxit oral treatment, the control group of 30 patients with spearheading Maren given oral treatment . The two groups are four weeks for a course. Clinical efficacy were observed , and the cure of patients followed up for 6 months to observe the long-term efficacy . Results : Clinical studies have shown that the experimental group on stool frequency , stool form and degree of improvement in bowel problems than the control group , there were significant differences (p lt; 0.05). Comprehensive efficacy of the two groups were significantly different between the two groups (P lt; 0.05), and the treatment group than the control group . The total effective rate was 93.33% . Conclusion: The results of clinical trials showed that acupuncture and Deanxit combined with not only regulate gastrointestinal autonomic dysfunction, promote intestinal emptying, can regulate the central nervous system , relieve patient anxiety and depression , a fundamental treatment of constipation etiology , played the role of tackling the problem . Compared with the control group has a distinct advantage , and liver and kidney function and blood , urine, stool had no significant effect , is a safe route of administration , it is used in clinical practice .
