Abstract


Objective: objective indicators in elderly pneumonia TCM diagnosis of pneumonia in the elderly TCM syndrome and special protein ( C - reactive protein CRP and prealbumin PA ) , to enrich the content of TCM . Methods: under the guidance of the basic theory of traditional Chinese medicine , the analysis of pneumonia in elderly patients with special protein expression differences in terms of age, sex, clinical manifestations, underlying diseases, TCM type , provide an objective basis for the TCM disease differentiation syndrome . Results: The the different syndromes elderly patients with pneumonia , the the special protein levels with age, sex, clinical manifestations, underlying diseases and other factors . Between different syndromes in patients with CRP , PA value differences ( P lt ; 0.05 ) Conclusion: The correlation between pneumonia in elderly patients with special protein levels and its TCM syndromes , special protein can be used as a type of pneumonia in the elderly TCM objective indicators , so as to realize the objective of pneumonia in the elderly TCM , micro .
