Abstract


Objective To observe the clinical effect of Xintongning decoction treating unstable angina pectoris(Qi deficiency and blood stasis)patients and intervention function to vulnerable plaque.Methods 60 patients were divided into two groups at random:the treatment group(30 cases)and the control group(30 cases).Two groups were treated with the western medicine convention strengthening treatment,but the treatment group was simultaneously treated with Xintongning decoction.After all around,we investigrated the effect of angina syndrom and electrocardiogram and changement of Blood fat,Fg,oxLDL.Results Chest rheumatism symptom of treatment group was improved distinctly.The effect of treatment group’s angina pectoris is 83.33%,the control group is 46.67%,two groups have statistics difference(P < 0.05).Total effect of treatment group’s electrocardiogram is 70.00%,it has statistics difference compared with the control group(P<0.05).Xintongning decoction canregulate the level of blood fat,oxLDL,the curative effect surpasses the control group.Conclusion The Xintongning decoction has significant clinical effects on unstable angina pectoris(Qi deficiency and blood stasis)patients.It maybe effectively regulate the progression of coronary at hero sclerosis and prevent the cardiovascular event occurrence through the blood-fat regulation , the oxidationresistance,protection endothelial cell function and so on.
