Objective: To observe Xiaofengsan outside the wash clinical efficacy for the treatment of chronic perianal eczema . Methods: meet the inclusion criteria chronic perianal eczema 60 patients were randomly divided into two groups, treatment group of 30 patients , the use Xiaofengsan outside wash , morning and evening ; 30 patients with skin disease lotion wash , sooner or later each time. A course of seven days , once every two courses. The end of each course of treatment , out-patient visits , area and its morphological assessment of itching , skin lesions were observed . Results: The two cases were cured , 14 cases markedly effective in 11 cases , 3 cases , the total efficiency of 90% ; control group, 2 cases were cured , 15 cases markedly effective in 9 cases , 4 cases , the total efficiency of 86.67% . The total effective rate was no significant difference ( p gt ; 0.05 ) . The two sets of blood deficiency syndrome efficacy were significantly different ( p lt ; 0.05 ) , the effect of the treatment group than the control group . Before and after treatment symptom scores were 6.43 ± 1.38,2.10 ± 1.54, before and after the PTS significant difference ( p lt ; 0.05 ) , symptom score of the control group before and after treatment were 6.53 ± 1.36,2.33 ± 1.85 , before and after the PTS significant difference ( p lt ; 0.05 ) . Conclusion : The patients have no difference in efficiency , the prompt Xiaofengsan outside the wash chronic perianal eczema treatment .
