Objective: To observe Yifei Spirit, pulmonary hypertension QDBS improvement in symptoms and ultrasound changed. Through the patient 's clinical symptom scores before and after treatment , pulmonary artery systolic pressure , heart function and other indicators of testing, explore its clinical value. Methods: 60 patients with clinical diagnosis of pulmonary hypertension QDBS were randomly divided into two groups, treatment group, 30 patients received basic treatment and Yifei western spiritual side ; control group of 30 patients received basic treatment and placebo medicine the two groups are 12 weeks for a course , a course of treatment effects were observed. Results: The clinical observation , the treatment group in improving the symptoms of the disease , reducing the clinical symptom score than the control group (P lt; 0.05); in improving echocardiography, exercise tolerance , heart function significantly better than the control group study ( P lt; 0.05); during treatment and no adverse reactions. Conclusion: Clinical observations show Yifei Spirit, pulmonary hypertension QDBS , can significantly improve the patient's clinical symptoms and improve the patient's echocardiogram , exercise tolerance , cardiac function, and no significant adverse reactions , is a treatment for pulmonary arterial hypertension QDBS effective drug , it is worth further study.
