Abstract


Objective: To study capillaris IV Decoction blood deficiency, heat stasis type of coronary heart disease ventricular contraction theory and clinical value. Methods: 60 cases of coronary heart disease clinical research Lieutenant ventricular contractions were randomly divided into test group of 30 patients , I capillaris IV Decoction ; control group 30 cases , I Shensongyangxin capsules orally, 4 weeks for a course of treatment. Results: 1 capillaris IV decoction group treatment of coronary heart ventricular contraction total effective rate was 86.67% in the control group was 76.67% , the test group and the control group showed no significant difference (P gt; 0.05). 2 , capillaris IV clinical symptoms improved decoction group total effective rate was 90 % in the control group, 60 % of the test group and the control group there was significant difference (P lt; 0.05). 3, the experimental group compared with the control group , capillaris IV decoction group in improving cardiac function and ECG, heart rate reduction aspects have a good effect . Conclusion : This study enriches Chinese medicine treatment of coronary heart disease ventricular contraction theoretical content , and certainly the taste of wormwood four things Tonga clinical efficacy for further research foundation.
