Objective: To observe Bushenyijing Recipe Premature Ovarian Failure to improve the situation of various clinical symptoms and to explore its mechanism . Methods : A total of 40 patients with premature ovarian failure was observed in the treatment group 20 cases , taking Bushenyijing Recipe ; control group of 20 patients taking Jiarong tablets, were observed for clinical symptoms and follicle-stimulating hormone FSH, luteinizing hormone LH , E2 of estrogen . Results: After treatment, clinical symptoms total score , the treatment group compared with the control group, there were significant differences (P lt; 0.05); groups of patients after treatment of follicle -stimulating hormone , luteinizing hormone was significantly lower than before treatment , the group Compare a very significant difference (P lt; 0.01), between the two groups was significant difference (P lt; 0.01 or P lt; 0.05). After treatment, compared with a rise of serum E2 , comparison group there was a significant difference (P lt; 0.01), between the two groups was significant difference (P lt; 0.01). Conclusion: Treatment of blood Bushenyijing has a good effect of premature ovarian failure , patients of various clinical symptoms improved . The mechanism may be related to blood Bushenyijing drugs can improve endocrine levels, improve the patient's body E2 levels and lower FSH, LH levels and so on.
