Objective: To observe the therapeutic Shenkang drop acid particles spleen and kidney deficiency, dampness and blood stasis gouty nephropathy clinical efficacy. Methods: meet the diagnostic criteria for inclusion in 63 cases and gouty nephropathy were randomly divided into treatment group and control group, treatment group of 33 patients in the control group of 30 patients, in the same basic treatment, the treatment group was given shenkang drop acid particles agents, one day, sooner or later orally twice; control group received oral allopurinol, once 100mg, 3 times a day. Results: The total effective rate was 84.85% in the control group, the total effective rate was 70.00%, the treatment group than the control group (P lt; 0.05); groups in improving joint unfavorable, swelling and pain, back pain, shortness of breath , fatigue, heavy head darkened, heavy limbs, dry mouth, nocturia and other symptoms, have a significant effect, and the treatment group than the control group (P lt; 0.05); groups in improving renal function, can significantly reduce blood uric acid, urea nitrogen, serum lipid levels, including blood urea nitrogen, serum lipids between groups treatment group than the control group (P lt; 0.05), uric acid, creatinine groups showed no significant difference (P gt; 0.05) ; treatment could significantly reduce urinary protein than the control group (P lt; 0.05); groups can effectively inhibit xanthine oxidase activity between the two groups showed no significant difference (P gt; 0.05); treatment group may decreased urinary N-acetyl-β-glucosaminidase, urinary β-galactosidase levels, elevated ratio between the two, than the control group (P lt; 0.05). Conclusion: Shenkang drop acid particles can effectively improve gouty nephropathy in patients with clinical signs and symptoms. And effective, safe non-toxic side effects, is clinically effective drugs; gouty nephropathy can significantly reduce serum uric acid, urea nitrogen, serum lipid levels, improve renal microcirculation to improve glomerular filtration rate of renal dysfunction protect renal function; gouty nephropathy can effectively reduce the risk of urinary protein, urinary albumin, urinary β2 microglobulin, reduce proteinuria, reduce kidney damage; can effectively inhibit xanthine oxidase activity, thereby reducing blood uric acid; may reduce gouty nephropathy in patients with urinary N-acetyl-β-glucosaminidase, urinary β-galactosidase enzyme levels, elevated ratio between the two, so as to effectively alleviate the renal interstitial damage, prevent kidney fibrosis.
