Abstract


Objective: To observe the liver qi stagnation and spleen method Xiaoyaosan granule stagnation and spleen deficiency of depression in patients with TCM syndromes , Hamilton Depression Rating Scale ( HAMD ) rating efficacy and objectivity of the evaluation of the effectiveness of its role . Methods: outpatient depression patients meet the inclusion criteria , 48 cases were randomly divided into experimental group and control groups . Control group with fluoxetine hydrochloride dispersible tablets , the test group of drugs Xiaoyaosan granule , two groups were 6 weeks for a course of treatment , during the test , disable affect the clinical efficacy of Chinese and Western medicine (in principle) . Observed differences in efficacy of two groups of medications stagnation and spleen deficiency in patients with depression . Results: Hamilton Depression Rating Scale Efficacy Assessment criteria : experimental group clinical control rate was 33.3% , total effective rate was 91.67% ; clinical control of the control group was 29.17% , total effective rate was 83.33% ; total efficiency of the experimental group and The control group had no significant difference ( P gt ; 0.05 ) . The TCM syndromes rating criteria analysis : the experimental group clinical control rate was 25 %, total effective rate of 91.67% ; controlled clinical control rate was 12.5% ??, total effective rate was 83.33% ; total efficiency of the experimental group and the control group had no statistically significant difference ( P gt ; 0.05 ) . TCM syndrome integral effect : the group of test and control groups , the differences were statistically significant ( P lt ; 0.05 ) before and after treatment ; treatment group comparison , in the expression of depression , irritability, fatigue, weakness , loss of appetite , heave a deep sigh , loose stools , differences in the test group and the control group was statistically significant ( P lt ; 0.05 ) , improve symptoms , the efficacy of the test group than the control group . Conclusion : The experimental group , the control group there was no significant difference in the treatment of liver and spleen deficiency in patients with depression clinical efficacy , the experimental group than the control group in the TCM syndromes integral significant difference ; Xiaoyaosan granules treatment of depression disease liver spleen permit valid prescription .
