Objective: To observe Mahuangfuzixixin Treating arrhythmia on clinical symptoms , heart rate ( including dECG total heart rate, calm heart rate ) effects . Methods : The clinical observation of 99 cases of arrhythmia patients randomized , controlled method is divided into two groups, the treatment group, 66 cases in the control group 33 cases . The treatment group received Mahuangfuzixixin decoction dialectical therapy, the control group was given atropine treatment were observed before and after treatment TCM clinical symptoms and calm heart , dECG total changes in heart rate , and follow-up treatment after a month , dECG total changes in heart rate . Results: The total effective rate of clinical symptoms was 93.9% in the control group, the total effective rate was 51.5% , a significant difference between the two groups (P lt; 0.05); calm after treatment, heart rate increased significantly, there was no significant difference (P gt; 0.05); patients in both groups improved after treatment dECG total heart rate (P lt; 0.05), but the follow-up one month after dECG total heart rate in the control group no significant improvement in the treatment group still rising , indicating that the treatment group increased heart rate than the control group long-term effect . Conclusion: randomized controlled studies have shown that Mahuangfuzixixin Treating stasis arrhythmia Yang has a positive effect, can significantly improve the clinical symptoms , improve patient quality of life ; decoction can improve arrhythmia patients calm heart rate, total 24-hour heart rate, and a better long-term efficacy ; shows TCM Differential treatment of arrhythmia strengths and potential.
