Abstract


Objective : To observe the traditional Chinese medicine iontophoresis DC United rat nerve growth factor retrobulbar injection of the clinical efficacy of treatment of optic atrophy , to explore an effective method of treatment of optic atrophy . Methods: Changchun University of Traditional Chinese Medicine Affiliated Hospital inpatient 70 eyes of 48 patients were randomly divided into a treatment group and treatment group 2 , Chinese medicine treatment group a given DC iontophoresis , mouse nerve growth factor every other day retrobulbar injection ; treatment group 2 mouse nerve growth factor given every other day retrobulbar injection , patients were given intramuscular injection of mouse nerve growth factor . In the vision, vision , retinal signs and other aspects before and after treatment were compared. Results: Both treatment methods can improve vision , expanding horizons, but DC iontophoresis medicine mouse nerve growth factor with retrobulbar injection efficacy is superior to the simple application of the Ming mouse nerve growth factor retrobulbar injection . Conclusion: Chinese medicine iontophoresis DC United rat nerve growth factor treatment of optic atrophy retrobulbar injection has better clinical efficacy, can be widely used in clinical practice .
