Purpose: With the activities of human life and the nature of human relationships and the relationship between temporal rhythm and disease -depth study of time-related diseases, in its occurrence, development , prognosis and treatment of more and more attention , Flowing acupuncture needle as the time one has been widely used in clinical practice . This paper is acupuncture theory is applied through time with the body clock related diseases insomnia clinical practice , discusses the objective validity needle time for time -depth study of acupuncture accumulate the necessary objective practice information . Methods: 62 cases of insomnia were randomly divided into Flowing acupuncture treatment group and routine acupuncture group , comparative study of the two groups , using international standard uniform rate of value formula sleep , sleep efficiency observed changes, and the Pittsburgh Sleep Quality Index integral changes observed in patients with sleep quality , to establish a database for statistical analysis using Spss15.0 . Results: The treatment group and control group were improved role of sleep , according to the international standard uniform rate of value sleep formula , Flowing treatment group was 96.78% , the routine acupuncture group was 93.55% , suggesting that there are more efficient than the treatment group control group, sleep rate statistics showed P = 0.027 lt; 0.05, with a significant difference ; Pittsburgh sleep quality index based on the integral statistics, Flowing treatment group and routine acupuncture group for improving the quality of sleep integration results show P = 0.000 lt; 0.01, prompt treatment group was significantly better than the control group . Conclusion: Ziwuliuzhu acupuncture acupoints or by visiting time at the agreed time to come regularly with acupuncture treatment of insomnia has the exact effect , very few adverse reactions.
