Objective: To observe the self Tongluo Zhuyu Granule treatment of ischemic stroke recovery ( stasis stasis ) of the clinical efficacy and safety , and to determine self Tongluo Zhuyu Granule in the treatment of ischemic stroke recovery clinical efficacy ( blood stasis type) . Methods : This clinical study using random positive the parallel drug control law , were observed in 60 cases of ischemic stroke ( blood stasis type) patients . The treatment group medication for self Tongluo Zhuyu particles ( particle pharmacy Affiliated Hospital of Changchun University of Traditional Chinese Medicine ), positive control group the medication for Xiaoshuan pass Luo Capsule ( manufacturer : Northeast Asia , Jilin Pharmaceutical Co., Ltd. , Approval No. : Zhunzi Z10940067). 60 patients were randomly divided into treatment and control groups , each group of 30 patients , the course of treatment was 28 days . The clinical observation of 60 patients , the efficacy endpoint description and statistical analysis , to make an objective evaluation of their efficacy and safety . Results: 60 cases of the actual into the group of cases , shedding 0 cases , 60 cases excluding 0 cases , statistics . The safety decision : safety indicators before and after treatment showed no significant difference ( P gt; 0.05 ) shows that from the proposed the Tongluo stasis particles had no effect on the safety indicators . Comprehensive therapeutic efficacy : treatment group was 30.0% , the efficiency of 56.67% , the total effective rate of 86.67% , the control group was 40.0% , the efficiency of 43.33% , the total effective rate was 83.33% ; by the rank and analyze P gt ; 0.05 , no significant difference between the two . Conclusion: The safety indicators , the efficacy of the statistical analysis , the results show that since Tongluo Capsule Xiaoshuan intends Tongluo zhuyu particles with positive drugs improve neurologic impairment in daily living skills , traditional Chinese medicine syndrome comparison on no significant difference between the two treatment treatment of ischemia stroke ( blood stasis type) .
