Abstract


Purpose: The topics to Professor Ren Jixue hosted "85" project-based research, according to Chinese medicine theory, with "Poxue stasis, diarrhea fever Stasis" for the treatment principle, the use of enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay and morphology, etc. Design uses a rat autologous blood injection technique in rats in acute intracerebral hemorrhage model by neurological deficit score of rats and serum S100 protein, the initial medical treatment of cerebral hemorrhage in acute blood loss the best for clinical standardization of , the establishment of objective diagnostic criteria and provide a new choice of channels, the best medicine for the establishment of standards for diagnosis and treatment of medical conservative basis.Method: Use of autologous blood in rats with injection technique in rats model of acute cerebral hemorrhage, the rats were divided into sham operation group, control group, treatment group, n = 8, control group and treatment group differences based on the amount of bleeding and the Divided into 4 groups. By observing the neurological function in rats, observed changes in nerve function; determined by ELISA detection of S100 serum levels in rats.Result: Neurological deficit score: After 1 day, model group, treatment group in each case the amount of bleeding neurological deficit score there was no significant difference (P> 0.05), but compared with the sham group scores have significant differences (P <0.01). Treatment group and model group at different amount of bleeding situations, NDS score the amount of bleeding increases with the rise, after 5 days of each treatment group scores were less than the amount of bleeding group model group, with statistical significance (P <0.05). Serum S100: comparison group, treatment group of 27μl and 41μl amount of bleeding significantly reduced the level of serum S100. Between the two groups, 5 days after serum S100 levels, treatment group (53μl, 67μl) and model group were higher than sham operation group, there were significant differences (P <0.01). Effect treatment group were better than the model group, especially 27μl and 41μl group (P <0.01). S100 serum levels of ROC curve analysis: The results suggest that the serum S100 as a cerebral hemorrhage irreversible brain damage to the extent the value of an initial diagnosis of community 2.94ng/ml to 4.37ng/ml. Conclusion: Chinese intervention to control serum S100 level of cerebral hemorrhage and cerebral hemorrhage in rats improved neurological deficit symptoms; initially revealed in the medical treatment of cerebral hemorrhage in 41μl (the human brain 30ml) or less is effective; to serum S100 as an evaluation index Irreversible damage to cerebral hemorrhage levels of serum S100 values initially defined in 2.94ng/ml to 4.37ng/ml range
