Abstract
|
Scale network simulation analysis is a technical means of functional assessment and performance analysis of network protocols and their algorithms applicable in the CoolStreaming such as peer-to-peer network protocol . CoolStreaming is a network video broadcast system based on data-driven mechanism . The data-driven mechanism is guided by the information about the availability of the data and refers to the flow of data , without special network structure constraint . Bandwidth and storage resources to be shared among the network nodes , significantly reducing the video server load and improve the utilization of network resources . In this thesis, parallel simulation , and analysis of the of CoolStreaming broadcast protocol algorithm . NS2 network simulation platform and its parallel version PDNS extension agreement algorithm and node behavior parameter configuration interface , as well as the protocol to interact with the data record output . Analog peer node , a video source, such as different types of network nodes, to achieve control of the the CoolStreaming live protocol message exchange and data transfer process . NS2 extended in multiple emulation server parallel simulation of large-scale network . NS2 simulation platform based on the extended CoolStreaming broadcast protocol algorithm for the analysis of large-scale simulation , on the one hand to test the functionality and performance of the simulation code , on the other hand , live continuity , consistency start delay , the system progress assessment and other performance indicators of the protocol application and network performance analysis to identify a reasonable system parameter settings , summed up the impact of the performance of the key factors , and for some local algorithm improvements . The results of this thesis the CoolStreaming broadcast agreement with new peer-to-peer network algorithm analysis provides an important reference value .
