Abstract


Epidemiological studies , there is a range of potential or real ethical issues such as informed consent , privacy , researchers and community partnerships , risk and benefit from equitable distribution . Because there is a big different between epidemiological studies and clinical research , these ethical issues as well as uniqueness . This article by our epidemiological studies of ethical issues , principles and countermeasures in order to arouse the attention of the relevant institutions and personnel of its depth of epidemiological study of ethical issues , and further protect the interests of the subjects . The first chapter describes the epidemiological history , characteristics and evolution of the concept , the Tuskegee syphilis study , Jewish chronic disease hospital study and review of the epidemiological studies Willowbrook research violates ethical principles leads to ethical issues in epidemiological studies abroad explore the history and status quo explore ethical issues in epidemiological studies in China to explore the need for epidemiological studies ethical issues in China from the Chinese and foreign contrast . The second chapter analyzes of epidemiological studies ethical issues , such as informed consent and waiver of informed consent , privacy , researchers and community partnerships , community allow establishment of the Community Advisory Committee . Chapter III examines the principles of ethical issues in epidemiological studies , that the principle of utility , respect , impartiality , Masonic principles . Finally, the basic strategy of epidemiological studies ethical issues in our country , namely : development of the ethics guidelines of epidemiological studies in China , strengthen ethics training ; establish and improve the Community Advisory Committee ; improve researchers' ethical awareness and ethical decision-making ability ; strengthening of epidemiological studies in ethical issues .
