Abstract

Objective: To analyze hematology patients with nosocomial infection , blood diseases explore the characteristics of nosocomial infection , causing hospital infections causes and risk factors , to understand the distribution of pathogens , provide a scientific basis for clinical prevention . Methods: 2008 -2009 2303 inpatient hospital hematology clinical isolates of patients analyzing the distribution of pathogens , infection with the 2007 comparison . Results: The positive pathogens isolated were 220 cases . Respiratory tract infection site still ranks first , followed by blood , mouth, urinary tract and other parts. Among them, the pathogen of nosocomial infections Gram-negative bacilli still dominated , followed by Gram -positive bacteria , and its proportion of the rise . Again fungi. But in different specimens Gram-negative bacteria , Gram -positive bacteria, fungi detection rate varies . Blood culture and sputum culture positive rate based. Conclusion : Blood patients prone to infection, infection rate, with multiple risk factors. Should adopt comprehensive treatment measures to effectively reduce the incidence of nosocomial infections .
