Abstract


Objective To investigate and analyze the current situation of Urumqi, Xinjiang, the Han, Uygur, Kazak Students nutrition knowledge, attitudes, behavior and its influencing factors provide the basis for high school students to carry out health education, so as to improve students' nutrition levels, to ensure that high school students The purpose of healthy growth. Epidemiological survey of existing state method and stratified cluster sampling method, Urumqi Han, Uygur, Kazak, physical examination (height, weight) and the survey eliminate the unqualified questionnaire, on 1117 Han Chinese middle school students (male 520, female 597) 827 Uighur (340 boys, 487 girls), 560 Kazakhs (267 male, 293 female) students and parents questionnaire spss17. 0 software for statistical analysis. Han, Kazak ethnic students obesity detection rate of 12.5%, 9.4%, 6.5% higher than the obesity rate of Uighur students; the water skin nutrition knowledge of the Han, Uygur, Kazak ethnic middle school students are low ( out of 15 points, an average of 6.50 ± 2.06,4.23 ± 1.99,4.00 ± 1.92); Three National high school students bulimia, eating too fast is not conducive to good health awareness; Handway two national high school students think the important breakfast proportion 91.0%, 92.1%, 78.8% higher than the Kazakh middle school students; Western-style fast food of both Chinese and Uighur ethnic middle school students in January eat 1-2 times the ratio of 40.9%, 33.4%, higher than the Kazakh school students (13.7%), Uighur fried grilled food for family of middle school students one week food 1-3 times the ratio of the proportion of 42.6%, higher than the the Han high school students (29.6%) and Kazakh school students (26.0%), the Uygur middle school students butter sweets eat 1-3 times one week The proportion of eating breakfast every day in the last one week of the high school students was 44.9%, higher than the the Han high school students (34.6%) and Kazakhstan (33.9%), both Chinese and Uighur ethnic middle school students was 67.1%, 61.9%, higher than the 42.9 percent of high school students in Kazakh; Three National Students' eating behavior influencing factors have the educational level of the mother. Conclusion Urumqi Han, Uygur, Kazakh Three National Students nutrition knowledge level is low, there is an unhealthy eating behavior, targeted to strengthen the guidance and education of high school students a balanced diet, rational nutrition, and actively promote healthy eating behavior, strengthen nutrition literacy of parents work, and comprehensively improve the level of nutrition and health status of the high school students in Xinjiang to promote the development of their physical and mental health.
