Abstract


Industrial cluster is becoming a cosmopolitan economic phenomenon, which essential characteristic appears the enterprise space in the geographic concentration. At present, most industrial cluster especially at the coastal areas display fine development tendency because of their scale advantage and specialized division of labor. But the industrial cluster themselves have many such problems as the lack of their sustainable development capability. Most people have noted that It is imperative to construct the industrial cluster brand in order to maintain vigor and prolong the life cycle of the industrial cluster. Most works on brand and risk management, almost without exception, is about the study on single organization and enterprise. But the study has just been in started level. While some experts have just raised some preliminary problem-solving suggestions on it from different angles, which has not been formed mellow and systematic theoretical system.For those reasons, this paper carry out some explorative research in industrial cluster risk factor on the status of the study at home and broad. The paper has analyzed the module of the industrial cluster brand risk factor and proposed some constructive suggestions by AHP and Multi Level Fuzzy Integrated Evaluation in order to help government, guild and the industry realize the source of brand risk and reinforce the study and improve the capability of facing the outer-environment risk and construct industrial cluster brand.Firstly, the paper introduced the background, aims and methods of the subject and proposed the industrial cluster conception and then reviewed industrial cluster brand theory; secondly, the paper discoursed the risk analysis and the forms of the industrial cluster and constructed the industrial cluster brand risk; thirdly, the paper constructed the evaluation index system of the industrial cluster brand risk by the methods of AHP and Multi Level Fuzzy Integrated Evaluation and also proposed the coping strategy by analyzing the model of Wenling of Taizhou; lastly, it reviewed the article and analyzed its shortness.
